Welcome to Puppy’s Aesthetics (“we,” “us,” or “our”)! By shopping with us at puppysaesthetics.com, you’re joining our cozy, colorful family filled with soft vibes, cute kinks, and all the comfy feels. To keep everything sweet and smooth, please read our friendly Terms below.


1️⃣ Stock & Availability

We work with a loving network of fulfillment partners to bring you the softest, cutest products. Sometimes, things sell out faster than we wish — but don’t worry! If your order includes something out of stock, we’ll send what’s ready and message you about your options: wait for a restock, swap for a similar item, or get a refund. We always want you to feel cared for 💖.


2️⃣ Shipping & Handling

Shipping fees are calculated based on your order’s size, weight, and where it’s headed. The price you see at checkout is the final price — no surprise fees here! We strive to get your goodies to you as fast and safe as possible.


3️⃣ Returns, Refunds & Replacements

Because we want to keep your experience safe and hygienic, returns and exchanges aren’t accepted. But if your package arrives damaged, defective, or wrong, please reach out to us within 7 days at puppysaesthetics2022@gmail.com with your order info and photos. We’ll take care of it with a refund, store credit, or replacement — whichever feels best for you!

For warranty claims, we’ve got you covered for 90 days. Return shipping costs apply upfront but are reimbursed if your claim is approved.


4️⃣ Delivery Info

USA Orders: Usually arrive within 5–14 business days after shipping.
International Orders: May take 8–25 business days depending on your location and customs.
Shipping Time: We typically send orders out within 3–7 business days, Monday to Friday (holidays excluded).

Need to update your shipping address? Let us know before we send your package! We don’t ship to P.O. boxes yet, but we do ship to military addresses via USPS.


5️⃣ Tracking Your Package

Once your order ships, you’ll get a tracking link by email so you can follow your new goodies on their journey to you!


6️⃣ Damaged Packages

If your package looks damaged when it arrives, feel free to refuse delivery and email us ASAP. If you missed the delivery, snap photos of the package and contents before opening and reach out. We want to help!


7️⃣ Taxes & Duties

💖 US Orders: Sales tax is included in our prices where required.
💖 International Orders: Customs fees, VAT, or import duties may apply. These are handled by your local customs and are your responsibility.


8️⃣ Cancellations

Changed your mind? You can cancel your order before it ships. Once it’s on the way, it’s final.


9️⃣ Lost or Damaged in Transit

If your package is lost or damaged during delivery, we’ll work with the courier and get you a refund or replacement once their investigation is complete. Your happiness is our priority!
