We’re excited to offer FREE SHIPPING on all orders, no minimum required! Just shop your favorites and enjoy no extra shipping fees at checkout.

🛍️ Exceptions to Free Shipping

A few special brands through Collective have their own shipping rates and policies. If your order includes any of these brands, their shipping fees will apply and be shown during checkout. Unfortunately, we can’t adjust or control these fees.

🇺🇸 Domestic Shipping

Most orders ship free and arrive within 5 to 15 business days after processing (which takes 2–3 business days).

🌍 International Shipping

We ship worldwide! Most international orders also qualify for free shipping except for select Collective brand items that carry separate shipping charges.

International delivery times vary by location and courier but typically take 7 to 20 business days.

🔍 Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update.

Because many items are made just for you, we don’t accept returns or exchanges.
