We offer custom printed designs only — no physical alterations or added parts — so your item stays comfy, safe, stretchy, and snuggle-ready. 

What You Can Customize

We can add printed text, graphics, symbols, names, or simple art to these pieces:

If it’s fabric and printed, we can usually customize it! 

What We Can’t Customize

To keep everything safe, comfortable, and professionally made, we cannot add:

🚫 Snaps, buckles, zippers, chains, or physical hardware
🚫 Tail holes, ears, padding, or sewn-on parts
🚫 Altered cuts, lengths, sizing changes, or structural tailoring
🚫 Any physical modification to the garment

All customizations are print-only, applied directly to the fabric during production for a soft, durable finish.

Custom items are made to order!
✨ Production takes 3–5 business days,
✨ Then ships out according to your chosen shipping method.

Please note: Custom items cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a defect.
