PART OF MY ORDER ARRIVED, WHY?

Most orders will arrive in multiple packages if ordering more than one item. We do this to offer you the cheapest prices and free shipping on every order. The rest of your order will arrive in due time, within the delivery time-frames. 

HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?

Shipping takes between 10-20 days typically. However, this also depends on location and what shipping you choose. You can choose faster rates.

REFUND POLICY

Most of our products are made to order and so refunds can only be considered at this time for items defected, damaged, or lost in transit.

Refunds due to buyer's remorse or the customer ordering the wrong version or size are not currently accepted.

We would advise customers to refer to the sizing chart available for all clothing products before selecting a size to minimize the risk of ordering the wrong size.

We do, however, give refunds for defective, broken or damaged product. Please provide photos as proof, due to fraud. Thank you for understanding.

WHAT ARE YOUR SIZES?

On each item we offer you a unique sizing chart so you can measure to ensure satisfaction! Please refer to the size chart on each product.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

You can only cancel your order within 2 hours after ordering, and that's only assuming it hasn't already been shipped. We begin processing orders quickly to speed things along as fast as possible for customer satisfaction.

IS SHIPPING DISCREET?

Yes, completely and totally discreet! 

I DIDN'T GET AN ORDER CONFIRMATION EMAIL? 

If you actually placed an order, you did receive an email - it's automatic. If you're not seeing it, it's likely in your spam or junk folder, or, you may have made a typo on your email address. If you think you made a typo when you checked out, just contact us via email and we will immediately correct it for you and resend your order confirmation.

CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

You should find your tracking number in your order confirmation and shipping emails. If you cannot find your email, please check your spam folder.

WHAT IF MY ORDER IS LOST IN TRANSIT?

In the very rare occurrence that your order is lost in transit, please contact us and we will issue a refund. An order is considered “lost” if it has not been delivered in 60 days after the order was shipped.
